Pinot noir - Denomination of Origin “Conca di Barbera”
This Pinot noir has varietal, mineral flavours, marked by notes of red fruits and woody touches. Wine of guardian, its character and elegance are imposed over the years. This biodynamic wine, without added sulphur, must be stored at a temperature of less than 14°C. It is recommended to open them and put them in a carafe, at least 3 h. before serving!

Joan Ramon Escoda is a passionate winemaker-oenologist and very committed to biodynamics. Its philosophy favours respect for raw materials. The grapes are fermented by native yeasts and the wines are not subject to filtration or stabilization. During winemaking, no sulphur is added.
