This cuvée has an intense color, in which we discover a universe of small red fruit compotes, seasoned with a hint of smoked white pepper for tonicity.
Very nice material in the mouth where the pinot noir (majority in this rosé of bleeding) brings its fruity and spicy structure. Small velvety tannins structure the material and lead this champagne into the world of gastronomy. Composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay.
Accompaniment: with oyster or fish dishes.
