High Quality Mountain Honey - 500 g

This honey is elaborated by bees on wild flowers at more than 1000 m of altitude. It is very aromatic, intense and long in the mouth.

The specific properties of the different types of honey are available in the literature.

Honey is a good substitute for sugar in many dishes, desserts and drinks. Nevertheless, it is recommended not to heat it (> 38° C) to preserve all its qualities.
