Organic Camelina Seeds - 200 g

Camelina seeds(Camelina sativa/ Brassicaceae), produced and packaged on the estate. These seeds are very rich in protein (25%).

You can use them raw (salads, bread), lightly roasted (salads) or sprouted while keeping their exceptional nutritional properties. It is recommended to grind them before adding them to your bircher or Budwig creams.
