The olives come from thousand-year-old trees located in the National Park of Monstant, Province of Tarragona.

Olive oil obtained exclusively from olives harvested by hand.

Arbequina: very fruity, with hints of artichoke, nice balance between acidity and spiciness, for example for salads or vegetables. Rojal: slightly sweet, acidic and spicy aromas, notes of ripe fruits such as bananas and almonds.

Ideal for fish. Negret: Soft texture, very elegant spicy notes of tomato and black pepper. Ideal for meats.
