Mesae organic olive oil is made from a blend of traditional local varieties, Arbequina, Arbosana, Koroneiki and Rojal. It has an intense nose and mouthfeel and is characterized by a pronounced fruitiness, richly structured. It leaves aromas of green herbs with a note of artichoke, walnut and almond. Ideal for flavoring salads, pasta or to pour, as a drizzle, on a grilled fish.
