Naturally gluten-free, millet flour is an excellent alternative to wheat flour. Thanks to its nutritional qualities and its original taste, it has its place in a gluten-free diet

The grains are ground on the farm, using an Astrié stone. The coarse bran is separated during the milling process.

Available in 1 kg packages and on request in larger packages.
